Get ready to enjoy Creatures in another way: YouTube videos! There have been a few out there for some time, but the games have not been featured very much. Most of the older videos are still awesome, yet these can sometimes stagnate over time. Just like a news article is good for a few reads, it's not fun to watch the same video over and over again.

A few weeks ago, I came across some excellent new Creatures 2 videos created by Lusewing. To date, here are the links to the videos:

Creatures 2 - Features
COBS, Importing and Exporting
No Hope, A Sad Tale
Creatures - Update

Inspired by these videos, I set out to create a few of my own! I created a two-part tour of Creatures 1: Part one is out now, and I should have the second part uploaded by tomorrow.

Creatures 1 Tour: Part I

Feel free to share other Creatures videos in this thread! Have a favorite one? Post the link! Just uploaded one? Post the link! Found an interesting one? Post the link! And if you would like any help or ideas to create your own, post away!

I'm gonna start making videos for C3+Docking Station. I'll need to create a Youtube account, though.

Prometheus was a god who gave the gift of knowledge to man. He was then cast into the bowels of the earth, where he is pecked by birds.

Very interesting list, ylukyun! I never knew there were so many Creatures videos on YouTube until I started looking around. Thanks for sharing, even though some of those are a little different!

Sounds awesome, tercerois2cool! I'll be looking forward to your videos, as soon as you get a YouTube account!

I also went ahead and uploaded the second part in the tour of Albia! Feel free to have a look and a laugh... I laughed at myself in some parts of this one, especially during my pronunciation scene on the desert island. Ha!

Success - follow Skye as she grows up

After the very sad last video I am pleased to say that I manage to hatch out a beautiful blue girl who is very happy and healthy. With luck the rest of the eggs will be as much of a success.

Awesome, Lusewing! Very nice video for anyone who would like to take a look at Creatures 2! You covered pretty much everything about raising a young Norn, and added in a few helpful pieces of information. I'll be waiting for those next few eggs to hatch!

Scientifically I would have been better to have hatched the self raising Norn first (it would have also left me with more time to talk about the features of the game while i did nothing but watch). However the main problems new players have starting off tend to be around how to raise their first norn so I decided to do it this way instead.

Hopefully I should be able to keep my interference with the next Norn down but it is going to be very hard - I have never left a norn all on its own like this. Sure I have run feral runs and a few wolfing runs over night but I have never left a single newly hatched baby to fend for it's self...this next video will be hard.

It is very hard to let Norns fend for themselves... I always want to jump in and help them out whenever possible! I've had to take a very inactive role in my C3/DS world. Difficult, but necessary, I suppose. The first part of this series has been posted:

C3/DS Creatures World Concept: Part I

Enjoy! The next part should be posted in the next day or two... Who will be the alpha female?
